The Tarpaulin Double Heads Welder is custom-engineered with dual hot air systems, enabling the simultaneous welding of two outside edges and seamless rope insertion.
This innovative machine comprises three integral parts: a feeding platform, the main machine, and conveyor components. It seals both edges of the tarpaulin concurrently with a simple press of the foot switch. The excess center fabric efficiently moves along the conveyor as the sides are sealed. Additionally, it features rope reinforcement arrangements, a vital necessity for tarpaulin durability.
The finishing process of tarpaulins becomes notably faster once center welding is completed on the main welding line. It also significantly reduces labor requirements on the sealing line, which can be manually operated, enhancing overall productivity.
