The Tarpaulin Double Heads Welder is meticulously engineered with dual hot air systems, allowing it to simultaneously weld both outside edges and facilitate rope insertion.
This innovative machine comprises three major components: a feeding platform, the main welding unit, and a conveyor system. By simply pressing a foot switch, both edges of the tarpaulin are seamlessly sealed. As the edges are welded, the excess center fabric is efficiently transported on the conveyor. Additionally, the machine is equipped with rope reinforcement capabilities, an essential feature for high-quality tarpaulin production.
The tarpaulin finishing process is significantly expedited once the center is welded on the main line, resulting in substantial labor savings. The sealing process can also be manually operated for greater versatility.
