Heavy-Duty Double Head Welder for PE PVC Tarpaulin with Adjustable Speed
Tarpaulin Double Heads Welder is custom built with dual hot air systems to simultaneously weld two outside edges and rope insertion.
This machine includes three integral parts: a Feeding Platform, Main Machine, and Conveyor Parts. It seals both edges of the tarpaulin simultaneously at the press of a foot switch. The excess center fabric moves along the conveyor as the sides are sealed. Additionally, it features rope reinforcement arrangements essential for tarpaulin.
Finishing the tarpaulin is faster once center welded on the main welding line. Labor-saving operations on the sealing line can be manually operated.
Capacity: Up to 60 Mt/Min at optimum speed, depending on operating conditions.
