Our Tarpaulin Double Heads Welder is uniquely engineered with dual hot air systems to simultaneously weld two outer edges and insert ropes, ensuring seamless and efficient operation.
This sophisticated machine comprises three essential parts: a Feeding Platform, a Main Machine, and Conveyor Parts. It seals the tarpaulin edges simultaneously with a simple press of a foot switch. The excess center fabric moves along the conveyor as the sides get sealed. Additionally, it features rope reinforcement arrangements, which are crucial for the tarpaulin's durability.
The finishing process of the tarpaulin becomes significantly faster once center welding is completed on the main welding line. This automation saves labor, allowing manual operation if necessary.
Capacity: Achieve speeds up to 60 meters per minute at optimum conditions, contingent on the operating environment.
