1. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a dedicated manufacturer and also provide comprehensive business solutions to our esteemed friends and clients.
2. What payment terms do you accept?
The buyer is required to make a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% balance should be paid by TT within 7 days before delivery, or the buyer may open a 100% irrevocable L/C at sight at the appointed bank of the seller.
3. What is the delivery time?
Once the order is confirmed, the seller will arrange for shipment within 90 working days.
4. How to install and debug the machine upon arrival?
We provide comprehensive instructions and detailed installation videos. If the buyer requires engineers for on-site installation, the buyer should pay a subsidy of USD 150 per day for each engineer and cover daily living expenses (including meals, transportation, and hotel) at the buyer's location, as well as return tickets from China to the buyer's factory.
5. Is it easy to operate, and what should I do if it doesn't work?
