1. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a dedicated manufacturer and also provide comprehensive business solutions to all our valued partners.
2. What payment terms do you accept?
The buyer is required to make a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% balance can be paid via T/T within 7 days before delivery or through a 100% irrevocable L/C at sight from an appointed bank of the seller.
3. What is the delivery time?
The seller will arrange shipment within 90 working days after confirming the order.
4. How to install and debug the machine upon arrival?
We provide comprehensive installation instructions and videos. If on-site installation by our engineers is required, the buyer should pay USD 150 per day for the engineers' subsidy and cover the daily expenses (including meals, transportation, and hotel) at the buyer's location, as well as round-trip tickets from China to the buyer's factory.
5. Is it easy to operate and what should I do if it doesn't work?
Firstly, our machine is stable and designed for easy operation by a single person with minimal training. We provide a manual and instructional video. We highly recommend visiting our factory for hands-on learning. If any issues arise, you can contact us via phone, video chat, or email. We guarantee to provide solutions within 36 hours.
