The Tarpaulin Double Heads Welder is expertly designed with dual hot air systems to efficiently weld two outside edges while inserting rope simultaneously.
This advanced machine comprises three essential parts: a feeding platform, the main machine, and conveyor components. With a simple press of a foot switch, it seals both edges of the tarpaulin simultaneously. The excess center fabric is seamlessly moved along the conveyor as the sides are sealed. Additionally, it features rope reinforcement arrangements, crucial for the durability of the tarpaulin.
Finishing the tarpaulin is expedited once center welding occurs on the primary welding line. This design significantly saves labor on the sealing line, which can be manually operated, enhancing overall efficiency.
Capacity: Achieve up to 60 Mt/Min at optimum speeds, depending on operating conditions.
