1. Are you trading company or manufacturer?
We are a manufacturer, and also provide comprehensive business solutions to all our esteemed clients.
2. What payment terms do you accept?
The buyer is required to make a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% balance is to be paid via TT within 7 days before delivery. Alternatively, the buyer can open a 100% irrevocable L/C at sight through the seller's appointed bank.
3. What's the delivery time?
The seller guarantees shipment within 90 working days upon order confirmation.
4. How to install and debug the machine after arrival?
We provide detailed instructions and installation videos. If local installation by engineers is needed, the buyer is responsible for a USD 150 daily subsidy for the engineers, as well as covering daily living expenses (including meals, transportation, and hotel) at the buyer's location, plus return airfare from China to the buyer's factory.
5. Is it easy to operate, and what can I do if it doesn't work?
