1. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

2. What payment terms do you accept?
The buyer is required to make a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% balance paid via TT within 7 days before delivery, or the buyer may open a 100% irrevocable L/C at sight with the seller's designated bank.
3. What is the delivery time?
The seller will arrange shipment within 90 working days upon order confirmation.
4. How do we install and debug the machine upon arrival?
We provide detailed instructions and installation videos. If on-site engineering support is needed, the buyer should pay USD 150 per day for the engineer's subsidy and cover daily expenses (including meals, transportation, and accommodation) at the buyer's location, as well as return tickets from China to the buyer's factory.
