Product Description
The High-Performance Double Head Edges Folding Welding Machine is masterfully engineered with dual hot air systems, enabling the simultaneous welding of two outer edges along with the insertion of rope.
This sophisticated machine comprises three integral parts: a feeding platform, main machine, and conveyor system. By merely pressing a foot switch, both edges of the tarpaulin are sealed in unison. The excess central fabric glides along the conveyor as the sides are sealed. Additionally, the machine includes rope reinforcement, a crucial feature for tarpaulins.
The finishing of tarpaulins becomes significantly faster once the center is welded on the main welding line. This system also offers labor-saving benefits by allowing manual operation on the sealing line.
Capacity: Achieves an optimal speed of 60 meters per minute, depending on operational conditions.
