1. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a dedicated manufacturer and also provide comprehensive business solutions to all our esteemed partners.
2. What payment terms do you accept?
The buyer shall make a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% balance payable by TT within 7 days before delivery. Alternatively, the buyer can open a 100% irrevocable L/C at sight at the seller's appointed bank.
3. What is your delivery time?
We will arrange shipment within 90 working days upon order confirmation.
4. How should the machine be installed and debugged upon arrival?
We provide detailed instructions and installation videos. If on-site installation by our engineers is required, the buyer will need to cover a subsidy of USD 150 per day for the engineers, along with daily living expenses (including meals, transportation, and accommodation) at the buyer's location, and return tickets from China to the buyer's factory.
5. Is it easy to operate the machine, and what should I do if it doesn't work?
Our machine is designed to be stable and easy to operate by a single person. Basic training is all that's needed. We provide a manual and instructional video, and we recommend visiting our factory for a thorough understanding. If any issues arise, you can contact us via phone, video chat, or email, and we will provide solutions within 36 hours. If necessary, our engineers can be dispatched overseas as per your request.
